Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuickPuzzl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuickPuzzl is a mobile application that provides daily brain training puzzles — including Sudoku, Zip pathfinding, and Tango balance challenges. The App includes progress tracking, streaks, leaderboards, and social competition features.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute malicious code or content
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated systems to interact with the App in an unauthorized manner

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including puzzles, designs, and game mechanics — is the intellectual property of Yoqze or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. User Accounts & Data

You may use the App as a guest or create an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Puzzle completion times, streaks, and leaderboard rankings are stored on our servers when you are signed in.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yoqze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of progress.

7. Modifications

Yoqze reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at the email provided below. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect the following types of data:

• Account data: Email address and display name when you create an account
• Usage data: Challenge completion, progress statistics, and interaction patterns
• Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and diagnostics

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Personalize your experience and puzzle difficulty
• Power leaderboards and friend competition features
• Track your progress, streaks, and personal bests

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for analytics, authentication, and advertising. These services have their own privacy policies. Key third-party providers include:

• Google Play Services (distribution)
• Apple App Store (distribution)
• Firebase (authentication and analytics)
• Google AdMob (advertising)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to restrict processing and the right to object to processing.
